1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website wowwavehouse.net or making a reservation with Wowwavehouse Hospitality Limited (“Wowwavehouse”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Bookings & payment
- A reservation request submitted via our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. No payment is taken at the request stage.
- Bookings are confirmed by our concierge in writing, at which point any deposit or payment terms will be stated clearly.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
3. Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Reception is staffed 24/7. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
4. Cancellations & refunds
We operate a flexible 72-hour cancellation policy: cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours may be charged for the first night. Specific cancellation terms for your booking will be confirmed in writing at the time of reservation.
5. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave with respect for the house, staff and other guests. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund where conduct causes risk or serious disturbance.
6. 100% offline & no-gambling policy
Wowwavehouse is a physical hotel only. No real-money gambling, online gaming, remote play or wagering of any kind is offered on this website or anywhere in our digital presence. Our casino-inspired salon is a face-to-face social atmosphere for in-house guests only, conducted entirely at our brick-and-mortar location. Nothing on this website constitutes an invitation to gamble.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wowwavehouse accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your stay or use of this website, except where caused by our negligence or wilful default. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Wowwavehouse Hospitality Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The “last updated” date indicates the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
